TPG’s Employee Benefits Consultant Mark Mills entered the insurance business in 1988 as a sales consultant for one of the nation’s largest insurance brokerage firms. He spent 15 years as an employee benefits consultant and manager of two Fortune 500 insurance companies before joining The Partners Group in 2004. Mark is an Oregon native and graduate of Oregon State University with a BS in business administration. When not at work, he enjoys fitness training and spending time with his family.

Thanks to the SECURE Act of 2019, employers can now offer a retirement plan through a pooled employer plan (PEP). And so, TPG is excited to present this innovative 401(k) option to our clients, called The Partners Retirement Plan.
