BenchmarkMD

An Innovative Tool for
Multi-Specialty Medical Groups

In 2023, we collaborated with the American Medical Group Association (AMGA) on a groundbreaking initiative – a medical group benefits benchmarking survey that was the first of its kind dedicated exclusively to multi-specialty medical groups to target, review, and depict gaps in healthcare total rewards programs using best-in-class data collection and analysis.

The resulting data now populates our new tool, BenchmarkMD. Medical groups that tap into the power of  BenchmarkMD finally have the targeted data needed to drive key benefits decisions and attract and retain talent.

How does it work?
Your TPG consultant sends you a link to the survey with clear instructions on how it should be administered and completed by your HR specialists or leadership. Our experts then analyze the data and compare it to our BenchmarkMD database, resulting in a comprehensive report that we review with you to develop a multi-year benefits strategy map.

What can we learn from our BenchmarkMD survey data?

Insight into where your programs are strong and where they could be elevated

A holistic perspective on tools to support attracting and retaining clinician talent

An understanding of how your benefits programs compare to similar organizations

Information on benefits the largest multi-specialty groups in the US are considering and deploying

What is TPG’s goal?
Our goal is to assist and advise medical groups in improving the clinician experience and advancing the Quadruple Aim as a result.
