The Partners Group started as a small consulting team serving the employee benefits and individual insurance needs of Oregonians.
Forty years later, TPG has 200+ employees in offices throughout the Pacific Northwest, and we’ve expanded to include insurance and financial services.
Today, we are a fully integrated team of specialists who understand your bigger picture and can strategize for growth. We call that the ONE PARTNER ADVANTAGE®.
AN INTENTIONAL PATH
Since our founding in 1981, TPG has grown through organic expansion and strategic partnerships. We have scaled our workforce, resources, and talent while maintaining alignment in values, culture, and capability. This approach has extended our presence beyond Portland, Oregon, to Bend, Oregon; Renton, Washington; Boise, Idaho; and Scottsdale, Arizona, with teams that share our commitment to integrity and excellence.

#GIVE30 BY 2030
The Partners Group is a purpose-driven organization that provides a path toward ownership for all employees. Our intent is to make a difference in the community and to inspire others to do the same.
Our #Give30 campaign was launched in 2020 and is a 10-year goal to give back $30 million in 1) donated time and money to the community and 2) annual profit sharing for our own employees; by 2030, we expect to have expanded company ownership to 100% of employees. And we are well on our way.
WHAT'S THE TPG FOUNDATION?
Established in 2020, the Foundation runs major community fundraising events so that we can give significant and game-changing gifts to non-profits that are making a big difference in our communities.
We want to see our communities thrive, specifically the next generation! The Foundation is a major component of our Give30 campaign, in which $30 million of time and donations will be distributed to our communities by 2030.
