The Partners Group has long prioritized giving back to our communities and those in need. In 2008, as a response to the recession that caused hardship across the US, the company decided to forego extravagant holiday events in favor of an all-hands volunteering effort. This eventually turned into a robust, active, and year-round program in which each TPGer is given four PTO days to use giving time to the community service or non-profit of their choice.

While not inclusive, this list gives you a glimpse of our staff’s compassionate culture, especially during the holidays. Thanks to all who participated in these events, as well as in volunteering opportunities year-round.

Boise Team: Idaho Food Bank (11/30/21)
Tasks: Along with 18 others, TPGers sorted 1,980 lbs. of donated dry pasta into 2lb bags, which equaled 1,650 meals for needy Idaho families.

Bend Team: The Shephard’s House Ministries (12/10/21)
Tasks: They sorted donated clothes and then handed out food to people who stopped by and took in donations of food from people coming by.
