Every year, the Post Classic unites people dedicated to supporting each other and making a local impact. This year was no exception.

Held in Boise, the two-man best ball tournament continues to raise the bar, attracting top talent from across Southern Idaho. The level of competition has become a hallmark of the event, but it’s only part of what makes the Post Classic stand out.

What keeps people coming back is the sense of purpose behind it and the relationships that carry far beyond a single day on the course. The turnout and generosity reflected something bigger than a tournament. It reflected a community that shows up when it matters.

“We’re especially proud to have raised over $20,000 in support of Rays for Rare,” a Boise nonprofit that supports families navigating extremely rare diseases with financial assistance and access to critical resources. “It’s a cause that resonates deeply with many in our community,” said Boise Market President Patrick Casbonne. “The willingness of our clients, partners, and friends to come together, compete, and give back is what truly defines this event.”

That spirit has long been part of the Boise office’s identity. Long before the Post Insurance name was associated with The Partners Group, it was known locally for its commitment to service, relationships, and giving back.

The Post Classic grew out of that mindset. It was never just about hosting a great event. It was about creating something that brings people together and leaves a lasting impact.

When Post Insurance became part of The Partners Group, that shared commitment to community investment made the transition feel natural. Both organizations have built their reputations on the belief that business should be personal and that success should be measured not just by outcomes but by how you show up for others.

That alignment is now visible in moments like the Post Classic, where those values take shape in a very real way.

Events like this depend on a strong network of clients, partners, and friends who believe in the mission. The turnout, competition, and generosity all highlight one thing: trust. This trust drives our work in Boise and throughout The Partners Group.

The competition on the course delivered, with strong play across all four flights.

The Post Classic continues to grow each year, but its core remains the same. It’s still about bringing the right people together, creating an experience worth being part of, and using that momentum to support causes that matter.

On and off the course, that’s what makes this event special. It reflects a community that is competitive, collaborative, and committed to something bigger than itself.
