As Post Insurance officially becomes The Partners Group, many clients are asking a simple question: What will actually change?
Patrick Casabonne, Boise Market President with TPG, said the changes people can expect are in name only and reflect years of hard work and dedication to preserving company culture, values, and building a partnership with like-minded professionals.
“As we officially move forward under the name ‘The Partners Group,’ we want our employees and clients to know that who we are, what we value, and what we prioritize will not change,” Casabonne said. “Clients and employees can expect the same day-to-day business operations and personalized service they know and trust, just with more support and resources.”
While clients may notice a different logo, website, or email address, the people they know and trust remain the same. Patrick Casabonne and Idaho Market President Andrew Elam will continue leading the business, supported by the same team members clients have relied on for years. Clients will also gain access to expanded claims support, enhanced risk management resources, and additional specialists who can help navigate complex challenges.
“This is exactly the outcome our teams have worked so hard to create,” Casabonne said. “This was never about preserving a name. It was about creating greater opportunities for our employees, strengthening the way we serve our clients, and continuing our pursuit of being the best insurance agency in Idaho.”
For clients, the transition is not signage, branding, or a new logo. It is about building on the relationships, service, and trust that have defined the Boise office while creating new opportunities for the future.
