Building a Culture of Well One Best Practice at a Time
Our wellness consultants can provide guidance and best practices for the following:
Phase 1 – Discovery: We begin by determining your readiness for wellness programming and collecting preliminary data. We evaluate your environment, culture, and health risks, as well as identification of barriers to success.
Phase 2 – Goals & Programs: Next we outline goals and objectives for wellness programming and health-improvement strategies. Programs and services are then developed to positively influence health-related behaviors. We also can provide consulting on worksite health policies.
Phase 3 – Effective Elements of Implementation: We help build leadership support for establishing a culture of health, as well as effective and legal incentive programs that reward participants for engaging in their healthcare. We also assist with creating and implementing an effective marketing plan to promote your wellness programs.
Phase 4 – Measurement: We help implement a process for ongoing evaluation with data collection tools, including reporting to key stakeholders. One of the more important steps is to put legal strategies in place that can identify individual and population health risks. Once the high-risk members are identified, strategies are implemented to ensure these individuals have access to effective medical management and care coordination.

Alexa came to The Partners Group with nearly 14 years of experience in areas such as wellness program engagement, health promotion and wellness.
As Managing Consultant of Health and Productivity at The Partners Group, Alexa’s role will be to lead the health and productivity segments, including product development, strategy, sales and project leadership for a variety of account segments in the Employer Services Division. In Addition, Alexa will focus on growing The Partners Group’s wellness package offering for insured plans, population health package with self-funded plans and Leave of Absence practice. Alexa graduated from Oregon State University, earning a BS in Political Science.
She is a native Oregonian and resides in Southwest Portland with her husband David, their twin boys Benjamin and Luke, and 17-year-old lab, Abby. In her free time, Alexa likes to spend time with her family, coaching her boys’ basketball team, running, reading, cooking, and traveling. Alexa is also an active volunteer with Girls on the Run Portland Metro chapter and served as a past board member. More details on Alexa

Robin provides excellent customer service to TPG Engaged! clients to ensure the delivery of services to implement, sustain and advance the Engaged! strategy in the client’s organization. Some of the services she provides include vendor marketing and selection, managing screening campaigns, connecting parties for timely data flow, and implementing strategies for addressing population health risks. Robin has a passion for health and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education, as well as Worksite Wellness Specialist and Worksite Wellness Program Manager certifications from the National Wellness Institute. Robin “practices what she preaches” through her commitment to exercising regularly and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. She volunteers at her local church, swims and walks regularly, and also skis when snow conditions and schedules allow.

Lauren began her career at The Partners Group through the Ignite program as a part of the Sales & Marketing team. In September 2019, she transitioned into her current role as the Health & Productivity Coordinator in the PartnerWell division. Lauren is responsible for coordinating activities related to assessing, planning, developing, and implementing comprehensive wellness and health management programs for employer groups.
She graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication with a minor in Business & Entrepreneurship. She is currently working towards certifications as a Wellness Program Coordinator and Wellness Program Manager from the Chapman Institute.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog Benny (The Beav), being outdoors, and partaking in both yoga and fitness studio classes. Lauren also enjoys cooking and seeking out healthy alternatives to her favorite classic dishes.
