The Partners Group employees* spent the afternoon building and assembling houses for families struggling with poverty.

As part of The Partners Group holiday volunteering program, every employee is given a day off to spend time volunteering for their non-profit of choice. The group above chose to pick up some hammers and help Habitat for Humanity. They spent the afternoon working on multiple projects, such as: building a fence for one of the existing homes, putting up walls on two of the new construction sites, and framing windows on a new construction site.

Founded in 1981, Habitat for Humanity Portland/Metro East has been providing homeownership opportunities for hardworking families for 34 years. Habitat serves Multnomah and Northern Clackamas Counties, and has built over 300 homes in partnership with local families. Collectively, Habitat for Humanity International has built over 1,000,000 homes worldwide, averaging one home every seven minutes.
