Before joining TPG in 2007 as a benefit consultant with large employers, Sarah spent over a decade with one of Oregon’s leading health plans in a variety of sales, operation, and management positions. Today, she is executive leader of TPG’s Employee Benefits, Total Absence Management, Data Analytics, PartnerWell, and Marketing departments.

Sarah graduated from Western Oregon University with a degree in Communication and Business. She is married with three children and enjoys volunteering for several non-profits and being with family at the southern Oregon coast.
