TPG is an independent company founded 40 years ago that serves the insurance, employer services, and financial needs of businesses and individuals throughout the Puget Sound and across the US. In 2020, we introduced The TPG Foundation, a 501(c)(3) that serves the communities in which we live and work through donated time and contributions. Our goal is to donate $30 million by the year 2030 and to be 100% employee owned.

Craig Pankow joined The Partners Group in 2016 with over 30 years of insurance experience. Prior to joining our team, he was President & CEO of PointSure Insurance Services, among other positions.
Craig holds a BA and Master’s in Business Administration and Management from City University, along with an Associate’s in Risk Management from the Insurance Institute of America. He is co-founder of the Rick Pankow Foundation, formed to help cancer patients and their families deal with resulting financial challenges. In his free time, Craig enjoys hiking and boating with his wife and four daughters.

Mary Lou graduated with a BS in political science from Santa Clara University and today has her CPCU designation. Her experience includes working as a claims adjuster and manager at a large insurance company for 10 years, as well as serving on a senator’s re-election campaign in Washington, DC. Mary Lou brings 30 years of expertise to TPG’s service and claims team, offering support and guidance to ensure market leading service and claims excellence.

WE'VE MOVED TO LAKE WASHINGTON
Our Puget Sound offices have moved to a beautiful new building at Southport on Lake Washington. Neighbors include the Hyatt Regency, the Seattle Sounders FC, and many others. We’re still settling in but we’re planning an open house for early 2023.
