Before joining TPG in 2007 as a benefit consultant with large employers, Sarah spent over a decade with one of Oregon’s leading health plans in a variety of sales, operations, and management positions. She became the executive leader of TPG’s Employee Benefits, Total Absence Management, Data Analytics, PartnerWell, and Marketing departments, before taking the role of president in 2023. This year, Sarah accepted a seat on The Council Board in Washington, DC. Her direct engagement in national legislative advocacy will benefit TPG’s clients as well as the industry at large. The Council’s membership annually places two-thirds of all employer-sponsored health plans across the nation.

Robert has more than 30 years of industry experience, with more than 20 years as a benefits consultant. He is TPG’s employee benefits compliance lead, advising colleagues on compliance developments potentially impacting our clients, and holds the following industry designations: CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist), FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute), GBDS (Group Benefits Disability Specialist), and HIA (Health insurance Associate). Robert earned his BS in finance and HR management from the University of Oregon, magna cum laude.
