Gary was born and raised in Oregon and graduated from OSU in 1990. He spent 10 years working for a Fortune 500 insurance company before joining The Partners Group in 2000. Gary holds his Life and Health license and currently sits on the Regence agent advisory board. His expertise includes benefit plan design, self-funding, life and disability planning, pharmacy benefit management, stop loss contracting, as well as executive benefit planning.

Kim has extensive experience in client service, alternative health plan funding, compliance, open enrollment communication and project management.

As Director of Employee Benefits, she oversees the delivery of employee benefit services to our clients and is committed to building long-lasting client relationships through excellent service and frequent communication.

Kim is the former President of the Oregon Cascades Chapter of CEBS, a School Advisory Board Member at Hallinan Elementary School and she coaches for Lake Oswego Soccer Club. She has a B.A. in Business Economics from Willamette University, is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and is a member of PAHU, PHRMA and ISCEBS. In 2006, Kim was recognized as The Partners Group Employee of the Year.

Pauline has 20 years of industry experience, and 19 of those years have been with The Partners Group. She is a hard worker and always takes initiative. Consulting Team

Mike Bonville, Employee Benefits Consultant

Mike’s depth of knowledge and industry experience in employee benefits consulting, along with his MBA degree, is a great asset to The Partners Group Montana office, which also serves the Mountain States Region including Montana, Idaho, and Utah. 

Mike started his career in benefits 12 years ago in 2002 at Standard Insurance.  Since then, he has held a number of roles in the benefits industry including sales, marketing, brokerage sales, underwriting, and policy administration.  From 2009 to 2014 Mike worked at LifeMap, most recently as Sales Manager for Oregon and Montana where his role was to lead the sales team in Oregon and to expand LifeMap’s footprint into Montana.  Prior to joining LifeMap, Mike was a Sales Executive with Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon.

Mike graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science degree in business.  While at DU he played for the school’s varsity lacrosse program.  In 2010 Mike earned his MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, where he concentrated on Entrepreneurial Finance. 

Mike’s wife Alisun is a fifth-generation Montanan, and a Naturopathic Physician practicing in Bozeman, MT.  Mike and Alisun have two boys, Jasper and Hugh.  The Bonvilles like to spend their free time exploring the mountains, rivers, and forests of Montana.

With more than 26 years of experience in the employee benefits field, Patty has designed and implemented health care strategies, integrated disability programs, alternative funding arrangements, retirement plans, paid time off policies, long-term care plans, and executive benefit programs for both large international corporations and small regional employers. Her collaborative approach to working with clients to help improve business performance has been the cornerstone of her career.

Before joining The Partners Group, Patty was employed as a Senior Sales Consultant and General Manager with a Fortune 500 insurance company. Patty enjoys the opportunity to partner with her clients to design creative and innovative employee benefits solutions.

Patty is a graduate of Oregon State University with a B.S. degree in Business Finance. She is a licensed Life and Health Insurance Consultant.

When not at work, Patty spends time with her husband and three children. She is active in school fundraising, parent leadership, and school sports.

Jeff came to The Partners Group with experience as a Lead Account Manager for nine school districts in Oregon. He was an active enroller in over 30 districts each year, providing core benefit counseling, voluntary products, and retirement options to employees in the Oregon K-12 market. 

Jeff is a licensed Life/Health Producer in Oregon and Washington. He served on the Evergreen School District Medical Sciences Advisory Council from 2009-2013. Jeff is also a four-gallon blood donor.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Lashell and his two children. He also enjoys lifting weights, playing basketball, and following his favorite Philadelphia sports teams.

With nearly 20 years of experience in health, life and disability insurance, Brad brings significant expertise in creating small- to medium-sized employer benefit programs.

He holds a B.S. in Agricultural Science from California State University Fresno and is a NAHU/PAHU member. He is on the Healthnet Advisory Board.

True to The Partners Group code, he always keeps his clients’ best interests in mind and spends his days helping people, whether it’s an individual who needs health insurance or one of his client groups looking for advice.

Brad has two kids, two dogs, two houses and 32 acres of farmland to keep him busy.

Stuart has over seven years of experience in working for major health insurance carriers in the Pacific Northwest. His focus has been on business development in the mid-market and national account segments.

Stuart’s expertise includes benefit plan design, alternative funding, and self-funding. He is passionate about helping clients achieve their strategic goals, by delivering creative solutions which cater to their long-term needs. Stuart also values building strong relationships with his clients to understand their business and solve their problems.

Stuart was born and raised in Washington and holds a degree in Public Relations from Central Washington University. Adriann was previously a Senior Account Manager at HMA and a Senior Implementation Manager at Cigna. Liz started her career in employee benefits over 30 years ago. She has a history of delivering exceptional service to her clients in small, medium, and jumbo-sized benefit programs. Her experience in alternative health plan funding design, carrier negotiations, open enrollment communications, and client advocacy have kept her engaged and on her toes in this industry for many years.

Liz has a B.S. in Business Administration from Portland State University and is a licensed Health and Life Consultant. She is a member of the Portland Association of Health Underwriters.

Liz has held leadership roles with the Redmond Rotary Club and her church since 2005. She loves to travel with mission projects to a variety of countries. In her spare time, she stays active with her four kids and enjoys many Central Oregon outdoor activities, such as hiking Smith Rock, running High Desert Hood to Coast, running in half marathons, and staying fit with friends.

Alli came to The Partners Group with experience from a global benefits consulting firm, where she worked as an Account Manager in Employee Benefits starting in 2000. Dedicated to prompt responsiveness and building a strong client-to-broker relationship, Alli  consistently thinks outside the box when it comes to benefit plan designs. She is a team player who is always willing to lend a helping hand. Alli continuously engages with her clients not only during the implementation process, but during the daily challenges and strategic planning phases to ensure customer satisfaction.

Zach came to The Partners Group with 11 years’ experience at regional benefits consulting firms, including a position as Managing Director of a northwest office.

Dedicated to creating competitive employer health care plans that can succeed long-term, he now serves The Partners Group clients with health and benefits consulting, specifically for mid-sized to larger employers that are self-funded and have employees in multiple locations. He also provides financial re-engineering of health plans, including the deployment of wellness strategies to improve health and lower costs.

An Oregon native with a wife and two daughters, Zach is on the board at Portland Children’s Museum and volunteers at Rieke Elementary. He has a B.S. in Finance from Oregon State University.

Prior to joining The Partners Group, John spent 17 years with a Fortune 500 insurance carrier in field sales and leadership positions in the western region. His experience on the carrier side helps him communicate the complex business of employee benefits to his clients in a simpler, more transparent way. John’s role at TPG includes consulting with national account size employers specializing in benefit plan design, absence management, disability, life insurance, voluntary benefits, enrollment and technology, as well as executive level benefits. He also serves as the Managing Consultant of TPG’s Total Absence Management division.

As a former board member of a children’s hospital in Arizona, John enjoys giving back to the communities in which he lives and works. He was born and raised in Seattle and graduated from Western Washington University’s College of Business and Economics with concentrations in Marketing and Human Resource Management in 1996. He is licensed in Life & Health and Property & Casualty insurance.

Before becoming a partner with The Partners Group, Gus was principal with both The Meacham Group and Baldwin Resource Group.

At The Partners Group, he puts his nearly three decades of experience to work for clients in the health care and public sectors, assisting with risk assessment, alternative funding, self-insuring, joint purchasing and group long-term disability.

Gus is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute, a past member of the Brokers Advisory Committee and a member of the Broker’s Advisory Committee for United Healthcare, 2010 to the present.

He has coached wrestling and soccer and trained guide dogs for the blind. He has been married for 30 years and has three children.

Corinna received her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation in 2001. Since then, she has been of member of the International Society of CEBS as well as a board member of the Oregon Cascades chapter of which she is past president. Todd has extensive experience in consulting on the design, implementation, and management of employee benefit plans for organizations of all sizes. His expertise includes alternate funding approaches, renewal and bid negotiations, and strategic wellness initiatives, among many other aspects of employer health and welfare benefits.

Prior to joining The Partners Group, Todd worked as a Senior Sales Executive at Premera Blue Cross and worked in a client service role in the Blues Division of Medco Health Solutions and Cigna Healthcare. Todd also has experience working with some of the region’s largest employee benefits brokerage firms, consulting on large, complex accounts.

Todd graduated Cum Laude from Ohio University. He has sat on the Regence and United Healthcare Broker Advisory Councils. He has also served on the KidsQuest Children’s Museum Board of Trustees, worked as a Director for the Seattle chapter of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is the former President of the Board for the Employee Benefits Planning Association (EBPA).

Mark entered the insurance business in 1988 as a sales consultant for one of the nation’s largest insurance brokerage firms.

He has spent 15 years as an employee benefits consultant and manager of two Fortune 500 Insurance Companies before joining The Partners Group. Mark enjoys interacting with clients and members of our team to create the best solutions for a customer’s needs.

He is an Oregon native and graduate of Oregon State University with a B.S. in Business Administration.

As an industry expert with over 21 years of experience in health insurance and employee benefits, Rey Perez is currently an Account Executive with The Partners Group in Lake Oswego, working in the Employee Benefits Division.

Rey began his career with Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon in 1995. He worked for six years at Regence, holding positions in Sales and Marketing and in Customer Service as a Lead Rep. In 2001, Rey joined LifeWise Health Plan of Oregon (a subsidiary of Premera BlueCross) where he worked for 15 years, the majority as a Sales Executive in group sales. Rey established himself as a well-known and trusted resource for his business partners, agent brokers, and clients.

In 2002, Rey began his work and contributions to the local chapters of the Association of Health Underwriters. Most recently, he held a board position with the Oregon Association of Health Underwriters (OAHU) as the membership chair from 2014 to 2016. Currently, Rey is serving as a Board Member of the Portland Association of Health Underwriters chapter (PAHU).

Rey and his wife Marta have two adult children, Gabi and Cristian. Rey and his family enjoy “glamping” in their travel trailer. Rey is also a high school baseball umpire with the Portland Baseball Umpires Association. During spring and summer, you will likely find Rey out on a baseball field.

Employee Benefits Portland Oregon

Jane has been working in employee benefits since 1998. She started her career in her hometown of Chicago, IL, working for Hewitt Associates (now Aon Hewitt) as a Benefits Consultant and then as a Benefit Analyst in Human Resources for a large, national law firm headquartered in Chicago.

In 2007, Jane moved west and joined The Partners Group. Since then, she has served in a variety of employee benefits rolls at TPG with increasing responsibility, from large group Account Management to Team Lead. In 2016, Jane harnessed her years of benefits expertise and excellence in client service to transition into a sales and consulting role.

Now, Jane provides thoughtful and skilled leadership and analysis to help Northwest employers achieve their business goals. Her passion is building solid and deep partnerships with clients to better understand their business needs and ensure their benefits program aligns with their company culture, mission, and strategy. Her focus is benefit design for large group employers, including self-funding or employers considering self-funding, and growing mid-sized employers.

Jane was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago and graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in International Business and a minor in Russian Language and Literature. She married a native Oregonian, Kevin, in 2014, and together they are raising three wonderful kids: Levi, Jamie, and Alden. Jane enjoys spending time with her family and friends and even after a decade of living in the Northwest, still feels amazed by its majestic outdoors. In her free time, she loves to hike, trail run, ski, wander around Oregon, travel the US and internationally, and browse recipe sites for new dishes to cook for her family.

Before joining The Partners Group, Katie spent 15 years with a Fortune 500 insurance agency as an individual and group disability representative. Now she serves The Partners Group clients with self-funded health plans, employer wellness programs, life and disability plans, and long-term care plans. 

Katie has a B.A. from Oregon State University in Business/Finance and has Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and Group Benefits Advisor (GBA) designations.

Katie has spent more than 14 years volunteering for school and sports programs and is also a volunteer for SMART.  She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, hiking and trying new adventures whenever possible. She loves working hard for her clients and building trusted, long-term relationships and partnerships.

As the Managing Consultant for K-12 Employee Benefits, Mark Rose is passionate about his clients and the services The Partners Group provides. He focuses on the healthcare, education, and political subdivision sectors. Using his decades of experience, Mark provides unparalleled employee benefits consulting, wellness plan design, employee engagement strategy, legislative compliance and planning, collective bargaining support, and more.

Mark is one of five governor-appointed directors on the board of the Washington State Health Insurance Pool (WSHIP) and currently serves as the Vice Chairman. WSHIP is a high-risk pool serving the sickest population in the state with average claims of greater than $12,000 per member per month.

Mark is a devoted husband and father of three teenagers. He is involved in a number of non-profit and community organizations, including Families Like Ours and Treehouse for Kids, both of which focus on the needs of foster children. Mark is also an avid mountain climber and hiker.

As a member of the strategic consulting team, Jean brings nearly 30 years of employee benefits experience to The Partners Group. In addition to developing new business with employers in the Northwest, Jean provides support to TPG’s Business Consulting division, focusing on Health and Wellness, plus Leave Management and Analytics.

Prior to joining TPG, she was a National Accounts Executive with a Fortune 500 insurance company assisting employers with the design and implementation of absence management and integrated disability plans, plus financial and strategic analysis.

Jean serves on her local DMEC Board and is an active member of the community, volunteering her time with Side-by-Side, Ronald McDonald House, and multiple school board committees.

Jean holds a degree in Business Administration and Finance from Oregon State University and is a member of the OSU Dean’s Circle of Excellence. She values the opportunity to build strong relationships with her clients and collaborate with them to deliver creative solutions and programs that meet their needs.

Support Team

Emily has over 20 years in the insurance brokerage industry. She also has over 10 years’ experience working as an Organizer/Team Lead at United Way’s Community Resource Exchange, where she focuses on connecting people experiencing homelessness with essentials and services. Emily’s most important contribution is integrity and client focus, in which she reliably assists clients through significant industry and marketplace changes.

Emily graduated from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon, and enjoys biking and backpacking in Washington’s Cascade and Olympic Peninsula with family and friends. She also spends a lot of her time outside the office working on her classes in ministry and theology. This year she completed a 400-hour internship as a chaplain intern at a nursing home and hospice center.

Currin joined The Partners Group with over 20 years’ experience in employer benefits. She has experience consulting on medical, dental and employee assistance program (EAP). Currin is licensed in Disability and Life and WELCOA.

Kolleen has been in the insurance industry for 20 years. She has worked on both the carrier and broker side of the business in various roles, including sales support and account management. She moved to The Partners Group in 2015 and is currently a Senior Benefits Account Manager and Team Lead.

As a licensed Life and Health insurance agent, Kolleen provides day-to-day service for her clients while managing contracts and plan renewals. She has experience in all aspects of service for large, fully insured and self-funded clients. She strives to go above and beyond in all that she does to serve her clients.

Kolleen graduated from Southern Oregon University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.  She enjoys spending time with her family, and can often be found on a soccer or baseball field cheering on her two boys.

Noël has over 15 years of experience in client services, with the last ten years focused in employee benefits account management.

She began her career in the health insurance industry back in 2008, when she relocated her family to Oregon from California. In 2008, Noël worked for a local brokerage firm where she handled business development for a large multi-employer PEO client, Barrett Business Services. For seven years, Noël managed and sold 130+ individual groups (fully-insured) from a service and marketing standpoint. In 2015, Noël joined Healthcare Management Administrators (HMA) as an Account Manager and worked with clients on self-funded health plan arrangements. Her passion for client service and dedication to her clients is one of her greatest qualities.

Noël is a graduate of the University of California at Davis and is licensed in the state of Oregon.  She enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband Joe and her two children, Dane and Lily.

Nichole has been a part of The Partners Group since August 2006.  Prior to joining TPG, she worked for a local third-party administrator performing administration, stop-loss marketing and cultivating relationships with brokers.  She has been in the employee benefits industry since 1995 and is a licensed life and health producer.

Her areas of expertise include self-funded plans, client service, COBRA/FSA/HRA compliance and rules, and regulations.  Nichole’s passion for details and organization, in addition to her experience working with both small and large employers, allows her to lead The Partners Group’s implementation team in the onboarding of new clients for employee benefits and benefit technology needs.  Ensuring that each individual client experiences a seamless and successful implementation.  Nichole also assists in training new employees on workflows and internal systems and she also performs account management.

Outside of the office, Nichole enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found cheering for her children on a Northwest soccer field or tennis court.

Sarah Landon is well versed in the world of employee benefits.  Before starting at The Partners Group in 2014, she worked at Client First Group/Benefit Partners for five years and served ODS in various roles for seven years.  She is currently a Senior Benefits Account Manager and Team Lead for The Partners Group.

Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Colorado.  She is a licensed Life and Health Producer in Oregon and Washington.  Sarah currently services ten large group accounts with consistent day-to-day contact.  She manages contract review, coordinates service strategy, and provides communication support for her clients.  She truly wants the best for her clients and will go above and beyond to help them understand their employee benefits.

Sarah has a long history of community service.  She served on the local Association of Health Underwriters Board, the PTO Board where her children attend school, as well as volunteering at other local organizations.  Sarah is a native Oregonian and enjoys spending time with her family, the outdoors, golfing and traveling.

Robert Lemke is a Senior Benefits Account Manager with The Partners Group. His primary focus is to partner with Employee Benefits Consultants to manage client relationships for large Northwest based employers regarding their health and wellness employee benefit plans.

Robert has spent 18 years working in the insurance industry, primarily in employee benefits. He has a diverse background, having spent his first two years with Guardian in an individual sales role. For the next 16 years, he held various roles in Contracts, Underwriting, Large Client Account Management, and Account Management leadership for the Northwest sales and service offices with The Standard.

Robert graduated from the Charles H. Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon with a major degree in Business Administration (Marketing) and a minor degree in Economics.

During his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, including participating in their school and athletic interests. Robert also volunteers as a little league coach for Raleigh Hills Little League during the spring and fall seasons.

Josh brings extensive knowledge and industry insight to TPG after working with a large independent insurance brokerage in Montana. During that time, he led the sales team and became an insider expert in alternative funding strategies and group disability benefits. With a keen eye for detail, Josh provides day-to-day service for all his clients and enjoys developing strong,lasting relationships. He has experience in all aspects of service for large self-funded clients.

A University of Western Australia alum, Josh has over five years of benefits experience. He holds a Montana Life & Disability Producer License and is ACA certified.

During the winter, you can find Josh skiing at Bridger Bowl and Big Sky and road tripping to ski resorts in the Northern Rockies. In the summer months he often goes hiking, camping, and bear spotting around Yellowstone National Park. Josh is also a recreational pilot and loves to travel internationally. An Aussie at heart, Josh is keen on new adventures and recently took up fly fishing and hunting.

Kim has been in the insurance industry for 25 years. She has expertise in various roles, including customer service, office coordination, and most recently as an Associate Benefits Account Manager for TPG.

Kim is a Licensed Health and Life Producer in Oregon and works with The Partners Group’s small business accounts on daily service needs, as well as annual employee benefits renewals. Her attention to detail, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and passion for providing a great customer service experience to her clients is her top priority. 

When she’s not working, Kim enjoys traveling and loves spending time with her family and friends.

Since starting at The Partners Group 11 years ago, Christine has been a reliable source to her clients and the company.  She has over 17 years of experience in the dental insurance and healthcare industries.  As a licensed Life and Disability insurance agent, Christine provides day to day service for her clients while managing contracts and plans.  She has experience in all aspects of service for large, self funded, or partially self funded clients.

Christine wants what is best for her clients.  She helps them understand enrollment and claims with communication support.  Christine enjoys providing resources to clients and seeing the satisfaction when a problem is solved with the clients she interacts with.  Her knowledge in alternative health plan funding gives her clients options within their means.

Christine graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Psychology.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.   Christine and her husband actively volunteer for their church in the church band where he plays electric guitar and she contributes her vocal skills.  Christine also enjoys staying active by playing volleyball and enjoying the outdoors.

Marisa began her career in Sales and Marketing Management before starting at TPG in 2010. Over the past nine years, she has worked in various roles including; Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator Team Lead in 2013 before her current role as Account Manager since 2014.

Marisa graduated with a degree from Oregon State University in Business Administration. She is a certified Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) and Licensed in Health, Life, Property/Casualty and Long-Term Care.

Marisa is known at TPG for being customer-service oriented and establishing strong relationships with her clients. Working efficiently and multitasking if necessary, to provide solutions and complete day to day tasks. She finds joy in coming to work each day because of the fun team she works with at TPG.

Outside of the office, you can find Marisa volunteering in her children’s classrooms as often as possible and spending time with her family anywhere near or on the water.

Janet has over ten years of human resources experience. In her last position, she administered employee benefits and leave policies, comply with federal and state laws, worked with management to create human resources policies and procedures, recruit and hire new employees, and suggested employee training and development strategies.

Janet graduated from Portland State University with a double major in Human Resources Management and General Management. She currently serves on the Portland Workforce Alliance Board in which Janet has been a committee member for two years and one as a member.

She enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She has a passion for cooking, which she finds relaxing.

Christy Schmidt is the Team Lead for the Enterprise Group segment of Employee Benefits which specializes in benefits for employers with 2-50 employees. Christy oversees management and service delivery for small employers and assists in implementing and executing their employee benefit offerings.

Christy has over 20 years in the insurance industry with both carrier and broker experience and is licensed in Oregon for both Health and Life. She graduated from Fresno State University with a B.A. in English.

In her spare time, Christy enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and when she roots, she roots for the Timbers!

Jill started her career at The Partners Group in 2014. She has been in the role of Associate Account Manager since 2016.  As a licensed health and life producer in Oregon, she currently manages small, mid and large groups.   Jill strives for prompt customer service as she serves as the day-to-day contact for her current clients.  She is willing to help in any situation to find the best solution for the customer. 

Jill graduated from Oregon State University with a B.S. in Liberal Studies.  A Portland native, she takes advantage of all the outdoor activities that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.   In her spare time, she enjoys fishing, hiking, and kayaking.

Bill has over 18 years of experience in client services, with the last 12 years focused on employee benefits account management. Bill began his career in the health insurance industry in 1999 when he moved back to Washington after living in Georgia and Illinois. In 1999, Bill worked for a large regional carrier where he had multiple roles, ending as Account Manager for a large, local public sector client. In 2016, Bill moved from the carrier side of the business and joined The Partners Group as a Senior Account Manager to work with both public sector business and corporate accounts. His passion for client service and dedication to his clients is one of his greatest qualities.

Bill attended the University of Washington in Seattle and majored in Political Science. He is licensed in the State of Washington.

Bill enjoys traveling internationally and spending quality time with friends and family plus his rescue dog of 12 years.

Kenny has been in the insurance industry for nearly 20 years with experience in both Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty.  He enjoys forming long lasting and strong relationships with both his public and private sector clients and understands that there is a human factor in health insurance and keeps that in the forefront of his mind when working with and advising his clients.

Kenny spent most of his formative years throughout the country as his father was enlisted in the military until arriving in Alaska in the 80s. He moved to the Seattle area in 1998 and has since enjoyed having more moderate weather and sunshine in the winters. 

Kenny enjoys spending his time with his husband playing a variety of video games and spends his time supporting local animal rescue organizations and Beagle Rescue & Freedom Project.
