Brad’s area of focus includes supporting and expanding TPG’s Group Physicians Advisory Services, a growing business division that focuses on meeting the needs of physician practices with employee benefits and insurance strategies. Brad has a deep knowledge in sales and operations in the employee benefits industry as a seasoned veteran who has worked for MetLife, Unum, and The Standard for the past 30 years. Brad’s extensive carrier background has allowed him a unique insight into the employee benefits marketplace and emerging trends, enabling customers to benefit from what is achievable today and into the future.
Brad entered the business in 1985 as a Sales Consultant for one of the nation’s largest employee benefits companies. After spending nine years in the California market, he returned to his roots in the Northwest in 1995. Brad joined The Partners Group after most recently spending 15 years with The Standard, and has held several officer level positions in the employee benefits space including VP of National Accounts, VP of Operations, and VP of Sales.
Brad has a political science degree from Oregon State University. He is also active on youth sports boards and loves spending time with his wife and three kids. Additionally, he enjoys golfing, cycling, steelhead fishing, bird hunting, and snow skiing.

Holly began her insurance career in 1996 when she joined the nation’s leading disability carrier. She held a variety of positions on the carrier side of the business, including account management, marketing, and sales. In October 2004, Holly joined Benefit Partners, LLC, a benefit consulting firm, to expand the group benefits practice in the area of core benefit planning and voluntary/employee paid benefits. She developed an extensive clientele of businesses and individuals because of her keen focus on helping employers structure, communicate and implement benefit programs that balance cost while meeting the needs of employees. Holly also advises in income replacement strategies and business insurance strategies. In May 2015, Benefit Partners became a member of The Partners Group.
Holly loves that her job allows her to advocate for her clients and be there for them when they need her most. She loves the communication process and working with employers to make sure their employees understand all the details to make the best decision. She enjoys building and maintaining strong relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and other key people. She also likes to work with professionals strategically on what they need for themselves and their employees.
Holly is a Member of the National Association of Health Underwriters, Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC), and the Portland Chapter of the National and Oregon Association of Health Underwriters. She received a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Oregon and has a Group Benefit Disability Specialist (GBDS) designation. Her hobbies include running, cycling, skiing and spending time with her family.

Barbara’s favorite aspect of her job is working with clients as part of their team. She especially enjoys helping them create solutions to benefit or administration issues. This business is all about relationships with clients and vendors, and Barbara loves the wonderful people she has been able to meet throughout her career.
After graduating from college, Barbara worked for twelve years as an Account Manager for a major national insurance company. She then transitioned to an Account Executive role for a national third party administrator selling claim administration services and stop loss insurance. In 1996, Barbara started Outsourcing Service, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in both employee benefit plan projects and ongoing consulting services, primarily to large, self-insured employers. In February 2013, Outsourcing Services joined Benefit Partners LLC, a benefit consulting firm. In May 2015, Benefit Partners became a member of The Partners Group.
Barbara is a member of the Cascade Chapter of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists, International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists, and the Western Pension & Benefit Conference. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Portland State University and a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation, conferred by the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Her hobbies include walking (usually with her dog), Oregon Ducks football, traveling, cooking, and reading.

Steve has been working in the employee benefits field since 1985, spending the first twelve years of his career with two leading group disability and life insurance carriers. In 1997, he launched his own employee benefit planning agency, Client First Group, Inc. which was subsequently transitioned to new ownership. In August 2010 he joined Benefit Partners LLC, providing strategic planning and account management across the group life, short-term disability, long-term disability, and long-term care insurance business lines with special emphasis in the physician market. In May 2015, Benefit Partners became a member of The Partners Group.
Steve is a member of the Portland chapter of the National and Oregon Association of Health Underwriters, Board of Directors and Executive Committee member of the Gales Creek Camp Foundation (camp for 1st – 11th graders with Type 1 diabetes). He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Oregon, holds a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation; conferred by the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans; and a Group Benefit Disability (GBDS) designation.
In his free time, Steve loves golfing, skiing, remodeling, visiting the Oregon Coast, hiking, and yard work. Most importantly, he enjoys doing these activities with his wife and two adult children. He also enjoys being involved in the community and donating time and treasure to worthy causes.

Tim first began working in the employee benefits industry in 2009. As a leading Sales Consultant for one of the nation’s largest disability insurance providers, Tim amassed a highly-technical understanding of risk, the impacts of disability on employer organizations, strategies to combat absenteeism and presenteeism in the workplace, enhancing corporate leave processes, and helping employers remain compliant in a rapidly changing regulatory environment. Tim’s unique insights into disability and leave best practices to allow him to guide employers as they optimize their programs and to help them shift the focus away from the complexities of disability and back to improving their bottom lines.
Tim gets personally invigorated by helping people solve complex problems. No matter the point at issue, Tim enjoys conducting a comprehensive appraisal of the underlying details to help customers arrive at the right solution to fit their organization.
Tim has a Business degree from Oregon State University where he also competed as a student-athlete. He is engaged with several charitable organizations and loves spending time with his wife and their son. When he is not working or spending time with family, Tim enjoys playing the guitar, snow skiing, mountain biking, golfing, Olympic weightlifting, walking their dog, and learning about nutrition.

Jessica joined The Partners Group as an Account Executive. She joins the team from The Standard where she was most recently a Sr. Implementation Manager onboarding large complex national accounts. With over ten years of Employee Benefits experience, Jessica has expertise in disability claims and account management. Jessica is a graduate of Portland State University. When she is not in the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and their twins.
