PORTLAND, OR (March 2016) – The Partners Group employees who received the Five Star Professional Wealth Manager Award are: Doug Van Allen, KC Mink, Sheryl Olson, and Michael Gallagher. Five Star Professionals partnered with Portland Monthly Magazine to recognize a select group of Portland area wealth managers who provide quality services to their clients.

2016 Five Star Professional Wealth Managers at The Partners Group include employees who have won the award a multitude of years. Senior Financial Advisor at The Partners Group, Doug Van Allen, has won this award for his fifth year. Doug has been in the industry for a total of 26 years. KC Mink, on the Board of Directors at The Partners Group, has been in the industry for 20 years and was awarded Professional Wealth Manager for the fifth year. Financial Planner at The Partners Group, Sheryl Olson, has been in the industry for 25 years and has won the Five Star Professional Wealth Managers award for 3 years running. Michael Gallagher, Portfolio Manager at The Partners Group who has been in the industry for 10 years, was awarded Professional Wealth Manager for his first year.

To qualify as a Five Star Professional, Wealth Managers must satisfy 10 objective eligibility and evaluation criteria associated with wealth managers and their quality of service to their clients. For purposes of this program, wealth managers are defined as those individuals who help their clients prepare a financial plan and/or implement aspects of their financial plan. Founded in 2003, the Five Star Award Program is the largest and most widely published award program in North America, covering more than 45 major markets.
