Nicole brings 13 years of financial service experience to the team; seven of them spent working with corporate retirement plan clients for a global financial services company. In 2016, she started managing the retirement department and became a shareholder in the firm.
She earned a degree in business administration from the University of Oregon. She enjoys camping, cooking, and traveling with her husband.

With more than 20 years of experience in the retirement plan field, Kent has designed and implemented retirement plan strategies, integrated executive compensation programs, and employee financial wellness programs for large, medium and small employers. His collaborative approach to working with clients to help improve business performance has been the cornerstone of his career.
Before joining The Partners Group, Kent was employed as a Vice President of Sales with a Fortune 500 retirement plan company. Kent enjoys the opportunity to partner with his clients to design creative and innovative retirement plan and executive compensation solutions. He started his career in private practice serving regional clients of all sizes.
Kent has lived in Beaverton for 30 years and when not at work, he spends time with his wife, 2 daughters, 4 grandkids, family, friends, and neighbors hosting food and fun whenever possible. He has been active in school fundraising, parent leadership, school sports, business boards, neighborhood service, and financial advocacy.

Emily is the main point of contact for TPG’s retirement plan client and participant requests. She assists with plan design, benchmarking, plan transitions and implementation, as well as operational and participant questions. Emily has been with TPG for over 12 years and enjoys helping people prepare for their future.
She earned a degree in biology from the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!), and enjoys camping, working on home improvement projects, and adventures with her husband and two children.
