Absence Foundations Monthly SME Pre-Call Form Questions

In advance of an SME call, please fill out this form so we have a full understanding of the question and general situation. We want to be well prepared for the call to provide exceptional service in the allotted time. As a reminder, clients are not allowed to join SME calls unless previously authorized.

Before filling out the form, please review the types of questions that can be asked during this meeting:

Types of questions that CAN be asked:

1.  State and Federal Regulatory Questions (PFML, ADA, PWFA, FMLA, and other leave laws):

  • What are the key regulations governing leave policies in our state?
  • How do I review a medical certification?
  • Should I run FMLA and state PFML concurrently?
  • What are the requirements for continuing benefits while on leave?
  • How does the FMLA apply to our company’s leave policies?

2. Consultant Resources and Best Practices:

  • What resources are available to help us manage leave effectively?
  • What best practices can we implement to streamline our leave management process?

3. General Policy Guidance:

  • How can we ensure our leave policies align with company culture?
  • What are some strategies for communicating leave policies to employees?
