The TPG Foundation continues its mission of doing good in our communities, and in 2025, we’ve raised the bar once again with two major fundraising events and four outstanding nonprofit beneficiaries.

Paddle Palooza 2025: Pickleball With a Purpose

On June 11, the TPG Seattle Metro offices in Renton, WA, were abuzz with friendly competition and paddleball pride as we hosted the 2nd Annual Paddle Palooza: Pickleball With a Purpose. Thanks to stand-out participation from the TPG community and our supporters, we surpassed our $60,000 target with $70,286.46 raised.

This year’s proceeds went to Treehouse and the Down Syndrome Center of Puget Sound, two organizations doing vital work with children and families in the Pacific Northwest. Each nonprofit received just over $35,000 to support their missions.

“Paddle Palooza is a TPG favorite,” said Foundation Executive Director Emily-Rose Galati. “We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who rallied behind Treehouse and Down Syndrome Center of Puget Sound. It’s inspiring to see our TPG carrier partners, community members, and colleagues coming together like this.”

(And yes, we have to give a huge shoutout to this year’s champions: Net Results and Cigna – you’ve earned those bragging rights!)

We hope to make Paddle Palooza even bigger in 2026. Start practicing your backhands now – the clock is on.

Coming Up: The TPG Throwdown: Cornhole for a Cause

Next up is the 4th Annual TPG Throwdown, happening Wednesday, September 10, at PacTrust Pacific Parkway Center near our Portland HQ. A beloved tradition for friends, co-workers, and cornhole connoisseurs alike, this event aims to raise $80,000 to benefit two incredible nonprofits: Project Lemonade and Camp Yakety Yak.

“This year’s Throwdown is about empowering youth and promoting inclusivity,” said Emily-Rose. “These organizations support kids in foster care and those with special needs, giving them access to programs that build confidence, community, and opportunities to thrive.”

As always, the Throwdown promises great food, drinks, and friendly competition. Teams of two can register now – the more, the merrier! – and help us exceed our fundraising goal.
