Carrie graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science, Finance. She is Series 7, 66, 9, 10, 24, 53 and P&C licensed. She started her career in 1990 by opening and growing her own insurance agency in Lake Oswego. Carrie sold her agency in 2000 and joined a global wealth management firm in Portland overseeing operations, compliance and human resources. Carrie has been an asset to The Partners Group since 2007.
Carrie has been a Habitat for Humanity volunteer for 17 years and enjoys helping deserving families get into a home of their own. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, biking, paddle boarding, and kayaking.

John has a broad range of financial industry experience spanning nearly 30 years in areas such as lending, private debt & equity investing, as well as in publicly-traded investments & portfolio management. John graduated from Middlebury College in Vermont, earning a BA in Economics, and received an MBA in Finance, with honors, from the University of Oregon. He joins The Partners Group most recently from Key Private Bank where he was a senior portfolio manager and member of its national investment policy committee. As Director of Wealth Management, John enjoys leading a team of subject matter experts assembled to address the unique challenges and opportunities of successful individuals, non-profits, and foundations. Active in his community, John currently serves as an elder, secretary, and treasurer for his church. He is a past board chair for the Oregon Children’s Theater and Three Rivers Charter School. When not helping clients, John can usually be found cooking BBQ, golfing, or waist-deep in a river fly fishing for steelhead. More details on John.

Jeff came to The Partners Group with experience as a Lead Account Manager for nine school districts in Oregon. He was an active enroller in over 30 districts each year, providing core benefit counseling, voluntary products, and retirement options to employees in the Oregon K-12 market.
Jeff is a licensed Life/Health Producer in Oregon and Washington. He served on the Evergreen School District Medical Sciences Advisory Council from 2009-2013. Jeff is also a four-gallon blood donor.
In his free time, he enjoys activities with his wife Lashell and his two children. He also enjoys lifting weights, playing basketball, and following his favorite Philadelphia sports teams.

Nicole joined The Partners Group with nearly 10 years of financial service experience working for a global financial services company. She earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon. Nicole enjoys traveling, cooking and camping and recently traveled to Australia. A native of the West, she embraces the Northwest culture of ease and sophistication.

Austin utilizes his experience and industry knowledge to help medical clinics, health professionals and business owners navigate the commercial insurance markets. His broad skill set is a result of serving various commercial sectors from real estate to hospitality as well as meeting the personal insurance needs of individuals and executives. When he’s away from work, Austin enjoys watching the Trail Blazers, catching a Timbers game as well as playing a round of golf.

A personal insurance specialist on the Wealth Management team, Anne offers expertise in life insurance, long-term disability insurance, and long-term care insurance. Anne’s level of experience and product knowledge gives her the ability to harness the marketplace for the benefit of our clients. Knowing how to customize products and which carriers work best with a client’s occupation and lifestyle allow her to work with individuals for the best coverage available to them. Anne received her degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Ohio State University. She holds her Life and Health license in Oregon and Washington. Before joining The Partners Group, Anne was an individual marketing consultant for a large insurance provider. When she’s not at work, Anne keeps very busy running, swimming, golfing, and watching college football.

Adam joined The Partners Group in 2017 as a member of the TPG Ignite recruiting and training program. He worked in the Employer Services division before being promoted to Relationship Manager for TPG’s Physician Advisory Services division.
While working in Employer Services, Adam honed his skills in Employee Benefits and met with current and potential clients to discuss their needs. He is a knowledgeable resource for both customers and colleagues, ensuring TPG connects the right consultant to meet the customer’s needs.

Tim brings extensive industry knowledge to TPG after 20 years’ experience in sales and account management. Most recently he was Managing Principal at RiskPoint Insurance advisors. Previously, Tim started and developed a full-service agency focusing on commercial markets in addition to providing employee benefits and personal insurance. In his role at TPG, Tim focuses on developing commercial business organically and integrating current clients into TPG’s suite of commercial services. He is also responsible for identifying new producers to grow the Portland Commercial Insurance team. Tim has a B.S. in Economics from Lewis and Clark College and is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). Roxanna is a licensed property and casualty insurance broker with more than ten years of business expertise. She has extensive background in management liability and medical malpractice. Roxanna earned a degree in both communications and social science from the University of Washington while working at Brown & Riding Insurance, one of the nation’s top wholesaler companies. Juggling a full-time job and school allowed her to build a solid foundation and the opportunity to learn all aspects of the insurance business. While at Brown & Riding she quickly advanced into an Account Management role where she gained hands-on experience. Consistently surpassing company efficiency and client retention objectives, she aspired to better serve her community with the tools she had gained. In 2015, Roxanna began working for The Partners Group. Her goal is to grow the Healthcare Practice by offering her clients Clinical Risk Management solutions through an unconventional approach of total cost of risk evaluation. Mike brings 20 years of property and casualty insurance experience to The Partners Group. His primary focus is healthcare facilities and healthcare professionals, manufacturing, and real estate. Prior to joining TPG in 2014, Mike spent three years at a local brokerage building a book of business and 11 years at a national insurance company working in claims management.
Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington and holds property and casualty, life, health, and disability insurance licenses.
Mike is a native of Washington and is very active in his local community. He serves as the Chair of the Independent Agents and Brokers of Washington Young Agents Committee. Mike enjoys the outdoors hiking, skiing, golfing, and boating with his wife and two children.
