For Brittney, innovation isn’t about chasing the latest trend – it’s about creating intentional, cost-conscious solutions that work for both employers and employees. As part of our Employer Services team, she brings her HR background and a natural curiosity to every conversation.

Brittney’s career began in human resources, where she experienced firsthand the pressures HR leaders face balancing organizational goals with employee wellbeing. That work shapes the way she approaches her role today. “I come to every conversation thinking through the employer lens and it’s  important to me to continue to leverage my dynamic HR experience in a way that would help other HR leaders,” she explains. “TPG’s independence was a big draw in working here – it allows us to meet employers where they are and design customized, tailored solutions for employers all of sizes, locations, and with varying complex business initiatives.”

A Thoughtful Approach to Innovation
To Brittney, successful innovation means seamlessly bridging employer initiatives and the employee experience. This extends far beyond health and wellbeing programs. “It’s about ensuring our consultants have access to a wide range of creative solutions in order to serve an array of needs, whether that’s employee communication tools, optimized access to care  resources, or strategies to manage rising healthcare costs,” she says. From pharmacy contract management to alternative funding models like captives, ICHRAs, and MERPs, Brittney helps clients explore what’s possible while staying grounded in what’s optimal.

Technology, particularly AI, will play a role, but TPG takes a measured approach. “We want to pre-vet technology so that clients don’t feel overwhelmed by too many point solutions. It’s about bringing the right tools, not all the tools.” The challenge, she notes, is always adoption. “You can have the best idea, but if it doesn’t fit into existing workflows – or if it overwhelms teams – it won’t succeed. Our role is to guide clients through continuous improvement efforts in a mindful and intentional way.”

Looking Ahead
The future of employer services, Brittney believes, will be defined by integration. “Tailored benefit strategies, well-positioned employee communications and wellbeing initiatives, tactical leave management processes, retirement plans that set employees up for a restful future, and executive benefit plans that help retain key talent – the components that impact the bottom line and employee satisfaction need to work together seamlessly,” she explains. “A big part of my role is to think broadly about the needs of the employer and its employees. Pre-vetting solutions is a piece of that puzzle, so that clients don’t feel inundated by the plethora of options out there. It’s about integrating the right tools to support the individualized needs of our clients.”

In this role, Brittney has a broad scope that positions her at the center of transformation. “There is no end in sight for innovation. It doesn’t sleep. And that means continuous opportunities to deliver thoughtful solutions to our clients.”

When asked which of TPG’s five core values resonates most with her, she doesn’t hesitate: Be Curious. “My role requires me to come to every conversation open-minded,” Brittney says. “Curiosity allows me to listen, absorb, and carefully think through how new solutions can truly make a valuable impact.”
