Alexa came to The Partners Group with nearly 14 years of experience in areas such as wellness program engagement, health promotion and wellness.

As Managing Consultant of Health and Productivity at The Partners Group, Alexa’s role will be to lead the health and productivity segments, including product development, strategy, sales and project leadership for a variety of account segments in the Employer Services Division. In Addition, Alexa will focus on growing The Partners Group’s wellness package offering for insured plans, population health package with self-funded plans and Leave of Absence practice.Alexa graduated from Oregon State University, earning a BS in Political Science.

She is a native Oregonian and resides in Southwest Portland with her husband David, their twin boys Benjamin and Luke, and 17-year-old lab, Abby. In her free time, Alexa likes to spend time with her family, coaching her boys’ basketball team, running, reading, cooking, and traveling. Alexa is also an active volunteer with Girls on the Run Portland Metro chapter and served as a past board member. More details on Alexa

For over 30 years, Patty has been partnering with large employers to support their employee benefit needs. Her areas of expertise include: alternative health plan funding, wellness planning and design, disability and lost time analysis, financial benefit plan analysis, vendor management, enrollment and communications, plus long-term care. As an Executive of a Fortune 500 Insurance Company and Consultant, Patty has been trusted by companies including Adventist Health, Nike, Swedish Medical Center, CNF Transportation, Freightliner and Tree Top.

Before joining The Partners Group, Patty was employed as a Senior Sales Consultant and General Manager with a Fortune 500 insurance company. Patty enjoys the opportunity to partner with her clients to design creative and innovative employee benefits solutions.

Patty is a graduate of Oregon State University with a B.S. degree in Business Finance. She is a licensed Life and Health Insurance Consultant.

When not at work, Patty spends time with her husband and three children. She is active in school fundraising, parent leadership, and school sports.

Andy brings extensive experience in the absence and disability management field to The Partners Group Employer Services team. His expertise includes the areas of absence compliance, training, customer service, absence consulting, implementation, and project management.  Andy has also been trusted by Fortune 20 companies in the administration of leave and accommodation compliance. In addition to Andy’s ten years of experience in working for leave administration vendors, he spent nearly two years working within the corporate HR team of a large multinational online retailer, helping deploy an ADAAA regional program. Andy is also focused on absence management technology and received a Human Capital Management (HCM) Certification from Workday to implement and configure the HRIS platform for companies purchasing the software for the first time.

Brycie has spent the entirety of her career in the field of absence and disability management. Her journey began with administering FMLA leaves for one of our nation’s largest retailers, and she soon advanced to overseeing an Absence and Disability Benefits program for a private Financial Servicing firm.  There she led the charge to implement several successful absence solutions, including policy and practice harmonization, creation of a formal ADA evaluation process, and integration of a leave management software solution. Brycie’s intimate knowledge of the challenges and successes, from the employer’s perspective, of maintaining and growing an effective absence and disability program while managing the ever-changing regulatory environment is something she is passionate about sharing with her clients in her consulting role.

As a member of the strategic consulting team, Jean brings nearly 30 years of employee benefits experience to The Partners Group. In addition to developing new business with employers in the Northwest, Jean provides support to TPG’s Business Consulting division, focusing on Health and Wellness, Leave Management and Analytics.

Prior to joining TPG, she was a National Accounts Executive with a Fortune 500 insurance company assisting employers with the design and implementation of absence management and integrated disability plans, financial and strategic analysis.

Jean serves on her local DMEC Board and is an active member of the community, volunteering her time with Side-by-Side, Ronald McDonald House, and multiple school board committees.

Jean holds a degree in Business Administration and Finance from Oregon State University and is a member of the OSU Dean’s Circle of Excellence. She values the opportunity to build strong relationships with her clients and collaborate with them to deliver creative solutions and programs that meet their needs.

Jean enjoys tennis, biking, cooking and traveling and spending time with her husband and three children.
