Michael Gallagher joined The Partners Group in 2015 with over 10 years of experience in wealth management at Morgan Stanley, with responsibilities ranging from financial planning to portfolio management. Mike is passionate about studying and navigating the markets and helping clients achieve their individual goals. He earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2014 and is an active memeber in the CFA Society of Portland. Mike spends his time away from the office raising his daughters, playing soccer, fly fishing, backpacking, climbing, and cheering on the Portland Trail Blazers. More details on Michael.

Karl became a Financial Consultant at The Partners Group shortly after relocating to Oregon in 2011. With over 18 years experience in financial planning, insurance, and investment management, Karl understands wealth comes from risk management and prudent asset selection. Karl started his financial career in the trading pits of Chicago, where he spent five years working for institutional managed futures clients. He holds an M.S. in Financial Markets and Trading from The Illinois Institute of Technology and a degree in Economics from Louisiana State University. With over 27 years of experience as Senior Vice President at US Bank and Wells Fargo, Shawn has extensive financial services expertise in investments, insurance, retirement planning, estate and family wealth planning. Shawn has two degrees from Oregon State University in Business as well as Economics and Agricultural Science. He attended Cannon Financial Institute CTFA Trust & Estate School completing Level I, II, and III. He also earned designations as a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ through The College of Financial Planning. Shawn volunteers for the advisory boards of the Salvation Army Cascade Division and the White Shield Center. Karen joined The Partners Group with nearly 18 years of financial service experience working for Marathon Wealth Management, a TPG member company. Her distinctive skill set is highlighted by her attention to detail and passion for client service. After earning her AS degree in Business Computer Programming Technology, Karen spent several years running her own small business. Carrie has more than 20 years of experience. Before joining The Partners Group, Carrie was the administrative manager and an associate director at a leading global wealth management firm in Portland, overseeing operations, compliance and humans resources. Recognized as The Partners Group Employee of the Year in 2009, Carrie provides exceptional service in compliance, RIA and securities business, and personal lines insurance, and uses her inspirational energy to increase workforce productivity. She is a strong proponent of volunteerism, as evidenced by her work for Habitat for Humanity, the Portland Rescue Mission and the Oregon Food Bank. Carrie was born and raised in Oregon and has a Business Administration: Finance from Portland State University.

KC has been part of The Partners Group team for 20 years. After graduating from Oregon State University, KC began his career in the insurance and financial service industry. He became a licensed insurance consultant for life, health, personal lines and, soon after, an investment advisor representative. KC is a graduate of the Business Professional Course, a two-year graduate level course on Co-ontegenic Structural Coupling, which involves business leaders around the world. KC has been a recognized sales leader for one of the country’s largest and most respected financial institutions. He works closely with his clients as a macroeconomic investment advisor, helping clients craft the conversation around their individual money decisions and leading The Partners Group by his exceptional example. A personal insurance specialist, Anne offers expertise in life insurance, long-term disability insurance and long-term care insurance. She is responsible for communicating with OMA members about the benefits offered through our partnership, and consults with clients on individual life, disability and long-term care products. Anne received her degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Ohio State University. She holds her Life and Health license in Oregon and Washington. Before joining The Partners Group, Annie was an individual marketing consultant for a large insurance provider. She was honored as a Guardian disability sales leader in 2010 and 2011. When she’s not at work, Anne keeps very busy running, swimming, skiing, golfing and watching college football.

Nearly 25 years of experience has taught Sheryl that wealth creates opportunities and challenges. And that the right financial partner can create peace of mind and confidence. Sheryl provides holistic financial planning, taking into account multiple aspects of an individual or family’s financial situation. She creates investment and risk management strategies and solutions that are aligned with specific objectives and monitors over the long-term to ensure that performance is in line with goals. Sheryl was awarded the Geneos Summit Club from 2007-2012. Before becoming a financial advisor, Sheryl practiced social work with children and families, directing a specialized foster care program for a community mental health agency in Omaha, Neb. She received her social work degrees from the University of Nebraska, and earned her Chartered Financial Consultant’s designation from The American College. Sheryl lives in Portland, Ore. with her husband. When she’s away from work, she spends time with family and friends, traveling, reading, beading, scrapbooking and exercising.

As a retirement plan service specialist, Emily works in the Private Client Services Division serving plan sponsors and participants of our corporate retirement plans. She assists with everything from plan design, vendor searches, and plan implementation to participant requests for rollovers, operational requests, and a multitude of other client needs. Emily received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She and her husband, Alex, make their home in Milwaukie, Oregon. She enjoys travelling, camping, working on home improvement projects, and of course, rooting on the Oregon Ducks.

Geneva comes to The Partners Group team with over 12 years of experience working as an independent contractor, where she helped clients with their personal finances. As a key member of TPG’s Client Services team, Geneva will be responsible for communicating with OMA members about the benefits offered through our partnership and focusing on business development for all the divisions of TPG. Geneva attended New Mexico State. Outside of the office, Geneva stays busy as an athletic director for St. Anthony’s Catholic School and as a volleyball coach and parent coordinator for the Portland Volleyball Club. In addition to these activities, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and son. Geneva enjoys working out, reading, cooking and watching the various sports and activities in which her children participate.

John has a broad range of financial industry experience spanning nearly 30 years in areas such as lending, private debt & equity investing, as well as in publicly-traded investments & portfolio management. John graduated from Middlebury College in Vermont, earning a BA in Economics, and received an MBA in Finance, with honors, from the University of Oregon. He joins The Partners Group most recently from Key Private Bank where he was a senior portfolio manager and member of its national investment policy committee. As Director of Wealth Management, John enjoys leading a team of subject matter experts assembled to address the unique challenges and opportunities of successful individuals, non-profits, and foundations. Active in his community, John currently serves as elder, secretary, and treasurer for his church. He is a past board chair for the Oregon Children’s Theater and Three Rivers Charter School.
