Craig Pankow joined The Partners Group in 2016 with over 30 years of experience under his belt in the insurance field, including extensive expertise in team and operational leadership, strategic planning, and sales management. Craig draws from his insurance experience as President & CEO of PointSure Insurance Services, Western Region Marketing Officer of Willis of North America, Executive VP/Co-Founder of Penhurst Insurance Services, and Regional Marketing Officer of Eagle Pacific Insurance Company. Craig is a graduate of City University, with both a BA and Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management. Craig also has an Associate’s degree in Risk Management from the Insurance Institute of America. Craig was one of eight founding members of the Rick Pankow Foundation, an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) that is designed to help cancer patients and their families deal with the financial challenges of the disease. He stays busy raising funds for this organization through an annual golf tournament, a 5K run/walk, and the Trees of Hope campaign. Mike brings 20 years of property and casualty insurance experience to The Partners Group. His primary focus is healthcare facilities and healthcare professionals, manufacturing, and real estate. Prior to joining TPG in 2014, Mike spent three years at a local brokerage building a book of business and 11 years at a national insurance company working in claims management. Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington and holds property and casualty, life, health and disability insurance licenses. Mike is a native of Washington, is very active in his local community and serves as the Chair of the Independent Agents and Brokers of Washington Young Agents Committee. Mike enjoys the outdoors hiking, skiing, golfing, and boating with his wife and two children.”

Tim brings extensive industry knowledge to TPG after 20 years’ experience in sales and account management. Most recently he was Managing Principal at RiskPoint Insurance advisors. Previously, Tim started and developed a full-service agency focusing on commercial markets in addition to providing employee benefits and personal insurance. In his role at TPG, Tim focuses on developing commercial business organically and integrating current clients into TPG’s suite of commercial services. He is also responsible for identifying new producers to grow the Portland Commercial Insurance team. Tim has a B.S. in Economics from Lewis and Clark College and is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). Austin utilizes his experience and industry knowledge to help medical clinics, health professionals and business owners navigate the commercial insurance markets. His broad skill set is a result of serving various commercial sectors from real estate to hospitality as well as meeting the personal insurance needs of individuals and executives. If it seems like Mike is a natural leader, that’s because he is. Mike draws from his experience as the former President of a large Seattle-based regional broker, plus Managing Director, Regional Director, and CEO of Willis in Oregon and Washington. He has worked in many industries, such as: hospitality, construction, manufacturing, health care and more. Additionally, Mike specializes in a variety of commercial insurance areas that include: risk management, acquisitions and mergers, strategic planning, and broker compensation. Mike is a graduate of Lewis and Clark College with continuing education from the University of Oregon and Harvard Business School. Mike has been involved with a number of civic, community and business organizations, including Community Services, Inc., Northwest Center, Seattle #4 Rotary Club, Eastside Business Roundtable, the CPCU Society and more. Scott joined The Partners Group team in 2015. As a Commercial Insurance Account Executive, his practice areas are commercial property and casualty insurance, and risk management. Scott focuses on commercial and residential real estate, healthcare products and services, plus nonprofit organizations. Scott came to The Partners Group with his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Washington Bothell School of Business in 2017. Scott stays active in the community volunteering with the Mountaineers Club and is a member of Bellevue Breakfast Rotary Club. He has a passion for the mountains of the Pacific Northwest and is an active rock climber and mountaineer. He lives in Seattle with his wife, Lindsey.

Roxanna is a licensed property and casualty insurance broker with more than ten years of business expertise. She has extensive background in management liability and medical malpractice. Roxanna earned a degree in both communications and social science from the University of Washington while working at Brown & Riding Insurance, one of the nation’s top wholesaler companies. Juggling a full-time job and school allowed her to build a solid foundation and the opportunity to learn all aspects of the insurance business. While at Brown & Riding she quickly advanced into an Account Management role where she gained hands-on experience. Consistently surpassing company efficiency and client retention objectives, she aspired to better serve her community with the tools she had gained. In 2015, Roxanna began working for The Partners Group. Her goal is to grow the Healthcare Practice by offering her clients Clinical Risk Management solutions through an unconventional approach of total cost of risk evaluation.
