The Partners Group in Bellevue currently has an outstanding opportunity for an entry level professional to join our Employee Benefits team as a Service Coordinator.

How you will have an impact at TPG:

The primary role of the Benefits Service Coordinator is to perform a wide variety of technical assignments and administrative duties in support of Benefit Account Managers, in the marketing and service activities of group accounts in our Employee Benefits Division (EBD).

What a typical day in this role looks like:

  • Fulfilling renewal and marketing responsibilities including reports, vendor correspondence, and preparation of marketing and renewal presentations
    • Analyzing market proposals received from carriers
    • Assisting in updating benchmarking databases and creating client specific benefit benchmarking reports
    • Creating spreadsheets, using formula functions, linking data, creating and sorting pivot tables, and formatting reports in Microsoft Excel
    • Meeting with team members to provide regular and consistent status updates as to current projects and deadlines
    • Administrative and Customer Service support including attending client calls and ensuring follow-up activities from client calls, printing and fulfillment of renewal and quarterly reports, miscellaneous projects, as assigned by Benefit Account Managers and Director of Employee Benefit Services

Key details

Location: Bellevue, WA

Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to communicate verbally and in writing, and ability to handle long periods of screen time.

This is an in-office/remote hybrid role; the ability to report to Bellevue, WA is required.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Bachelors degree is preferred, but at a minimum a high school diploma or its equivalent
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • An active health insurance producer or consultant license is required. If not licensed, TPG may hire for this position with the condition that the license be obtained within a specified time period.
