We know our success, but here it is from our clients:

Their name says it all. The Partners Group (TPG) is truly a group of dedicated professionals that become your benefit and wellness “partners”.

TPG has been with us on every step of our 5 year wellness and benefit revitalization journey. By shedding light on meaningful data and misaligned incentives, TPG has been able to help us focus on those areas that have the greatest impact. The TPG predictive analytics have helped us focus on tomorrow instead of yesterday.

TPG got to know and understand us before making recommendations. They understood that our journey centered around creating a mission-centric culture of wellness and integrating that into our benefit structure. Adventist Medical Center – Portland could not have been named the 12th healthiest workplace in the nation without the TPG team.

You’re project management skills are far superior to any other I’ve worked with. I heard from a former associate that they were very good, but I hadn’t experienced it for myself until now.

The Partners Group is aptly named, as everyone at TPG has been a true partner in introducing the Engaged! Health Plan to Adventist Health’s 32,000 employees and families. Our partnership began in 2012 when we teamed up to consolidate our facilities’ 20 employee health plans into a single plan that encourages employees to take a more active role in their wellbeing. The Partners Group has been integral to the plan’s success in terms of strategy, implementation and developing year-over-year trending data. We especially appreciate that TPG respects and shares our values as a faith-based organization.

Recognized by the Portland Business Journal in 2013 and 2014 as Oregon’s Healthiest Employer for 1500+ employees, Samaritan Health Services can speak to what it takes to have an award-winning approach to employee wellness and health plan benefit design.

We believe that our collaboration with The Partners Group over the past three years has been instrumental to our success so far. Their knowledge and expertise have helped us to ‘walk the talk’ when it comes to wellness, and deliver on our promise to those who look to us for health care to be an example of what is possible.

As we look to the future, we are confident that we can continue to raise our expectations for what a comprehensive, workplace wellness plan can achieve, thanks to our partnership with The Partners Group.
